Credit Agreements
Have you taken out a loan or finance before
6th April 2007.  It may be not be enforceable under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Our customers will benefit from our unique and efficient service to have your credit agreements audited for breaches under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Credit agreements that are found to be in breach of the act are therefore potentially unenforceable  are submitted to a expert partner law firm who act on behalf of our customers to challenge the enforceability of their credit agreement.
If the credit agreement is found to be unenforceable you may be entitled to the outstanding balance being reduced or completely cleared.

What credit agreements can be checked
If you have taken out finance before April 6th 2007 and it was for less than £25000 and you still owe more than £1500 your credit agreement may be audited for breaches to Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Credit Card Charges
In 2006 the Office of Fair Trading ruled that charges of up to £35 were excessive.  So if you have been charged by your credit card lender for late payments, going over your credit limit or similar charges made to your account you are entitled to make a claim for the charge made during the last 6 years.  Even if the credit card has been paid off or the account has been closed.
If your claim is successful, you may receive a refund of all charges for the past 6 years.
